How to buy from us:
1. Purchase without risk and with right of return
If you’re contrary to all expectations not satisfied with our products, you can return the articles. Within the European Union, you have the right (under §312d, 355 BGB) to revoke the purchase within 14 days after receipt of the product. For the safeguarding of this period, it’s sufficient to dispatch your withdrawal in time. You may revoke in writing or on any other durable data carrier, by e-mail or by simple return of the article:

By your timely withdrawal, you’re no longer under contract with LOWKON object/design. If the value of the return exceeds 40,- EUR, we agree to pay for the return transport within the EU.
If the value is less than 40,- EUR, the customers will be chargeable for the return transport for themselves. Out of the EU, customers are always chargeable for the return transport for themselves. In any case, please get in touch with us by e-mail or phone call (+49 (0) 711 62039030) in order to clarify any details of the return transport.
Please pay attention to send your return properly stamped to our address mentioned above. Only then your articles can be taken back. If you’re entitled to reimbursement of expense, we’ll transfer the corresponding sum to your bank account, resp. send you a crossed cheque.
