How to buy from us:
5. Dispatch, transportation costs and lead times
We
will send off your order directly from our store. If the order value is
over 165,- EUR, we offer free delivery
(within Germany); with orders from abroad there arise a few extra costs*.
As a rule, our products are dispatched during 2-3 working days.
Packaging:
Our goods are dispatched in specially produced cardboard packaging;
therefore damages are nearly impossible. Our contribution to ecology
and conservation: Our packaging is made of 100% paper.
Delivery within Germany:
If the order value is over 165,- EUR, we offer
free delivery within Germany. With an order less than 165,- EUR, the transportation
costs will be calculated according to your order quantity (4,80 EUR up
to a maximum of 8,00 EUR).
With COD (Cash On Delivery) orders, there will be in any case an additional
fee of 5,80 EUR. Within Germany, we cooperate with General Logistics
System GLS
(ex German Parcel).
*Delivery into foreign countrys:
If the order value is over 165,- EUR, we offer free delivery plus additional
costs per zone (see below). With an order less than 165,-
EUR, the transportation costs will be calculated according to your order
quantity (4,80 EUR up to a maximum of 8,00 EUR). Unfortunately, COD isn’t
possible abroad. We deliver out of Germany with General Logistics System
GLS (ex German Parcel), too.
Up to now we deliver to the following countries:
Zone 1:
Orders from countries of zone 1 include extra costs of 3 EUR.
Belgium, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria
and Switzerland*
Zone 2:
Orders from countries of zone 2 include extra costs of 9 EUR.
France, Great Britain, Italy, Sweden and Spain
*Orders from Switzerland don't include German value added tax (VAT). The purchase bears custom clearance and possible extra costs.
Lead times:
Normally, our products are shipped within 2-3 working days.
