1. Purchase without risk and with right of return
If you’re contrary to all expectations not satisfied with our products, you can return the articles. Return the received articles without giving any reasons is possible during two weeks’ time. The period of a possible return starts at the earliest with receipt of the goods. Sending back the articles before passing the deadline will be sufficient to safeguard the relevant period.

2. Your Guarantee
The quality of our products has been convincing for us, too. We offer you three years’ guarantee, and thus surpass by far the legally prescribed 24 months’ period.

3. Order process
You can get your SIGMARAIL^® quite easy and comfortable – via online order on this website. Alternatively, you may order as well by fax, e-mail or phone. To find out from which countries you can order at present, click here:

4. Payment information
Get 3,5 % discount on your order’s sum with pre-payment. Furthermore, we accept several payment methods, e.g. Credit Card Payment (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal in our online shop.

5. *Dispatch, delivery costs and lead times
We’ll send off your order directly from our store. If the order value is over 165 EUR, we offer free delivery within Germany; with orders from abroad there arise fair extra costs. As a rule, our products are dispatched during 2-3 working days.
